Online Shop / E-Commerce Terms

By placing an order through our online shop, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or issues with payment.
Shipping times are estimates; Coastal Cattle Company is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit: 10% deposit required to secure appointments. Non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours: 50% fee if canceled/rescheduled within 48 hours.
Cancellation After Reschedule: 50% fee applies if rescheduled appointments are later canceled.
No-Call, No-Show: Full service charge applies for missed appointments without notice.
Online Shop Refunds: Product refunds or exchanges are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
